PSE&G is a horrible utility company when it comes to being efficient and saving us money. They've been doing a ton of work on my block but I also see is guys come out there sitting these box trucks all day long. Oh and not to mention they leave these trucks running all day for no reason. It's hypocritical that they send you these letters on how to try to make our homes more efficient but they don't give a flying you know what about their efficiency and saving us money in how they work and get jobs done.

I've lived here in New Jersey with my father for just over a year and the service from PSE&G has been lackluster to say the least. More than 5 times we've ve had to call for service on our boiler system. On Sunday the 21st of December we had to have them come in to fix the boiler which their representative claimed he fixed. On Wednesday the 24th of December(not even a full week) we were already having problems again. 22940 IS WHAT MAKES THE TRADES LOOK BAD. This guy came to work on the utility pole and then broke my modem line. HOW ARE YOU CAN YOU EVEN CALL YOUR SELF AN ELECTRICIAN

I had an awful experience with one of their employees named Kaileigh greenwood. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She has a nasty attitude and supposedly scams people for money by hacking into peoples accounts online according to one of her coworkers.
