I've lived here in New Jersey with my father for just over a year and the service from PSE&G has been lackluster to say the least. More than 5 times we've ve had to call for service on our boiler system. On Sunday the 21st of December we had to have them come in to fix the boiler which their representative claimed he fixed. 22940 IS WHAT MAKES THE TRADES LOOK BAD. This guy came to work on the utility pole and then broke my modem line. HOW ARE YOU CAN YOU EVEN CALL YOUR SELF AN ELECTRICIAN
I had an awful experience with one of their employees named Kaileigh greenwood. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. She has a nasty attitude and supposedly scams people for money by hacking into peoples accounts online according to one of her coworkers.
I love their pizza
We had representative to our home 17 days ago. We had the same problem again. Another rep had to come out again. His name was Joey. Very nice man. We have never had a bad experience with PSE&G from the Customer Service to the repair people.
