I was told after five hours on the phone with PSE&G . That after talking to them numerous times I need an electrical load application. And he would email me it directly, still no email. And. Customer service has never heard of such a form. Someone please help.

This company has lazy meter readers. At least 6 out of 12 months was an estimated readers because they did not want to walk up a driveway and through an UNLOCKED gate. Shame on this company cor doing business thus way!
Tearing down Quaker Parrot nests and killing the babies is wrong. Work with groups to move the nests and rescue the birds. Stop. Killing. Them.
Start paving up the fucking streets the right way you bastard. Cant even drive up my block in peace.
I also wish I could give these people 0 stars.....their customer service is horrible and their representatives need training. Every encounter I have with them is frustrating. Unfortunately because of the monopoly tethers isn't anything that can be done.
I wish i could give NO stars. By far the worse customer service, and electricity that i have EVER heard of/have. Poor excuse for an electic company. Has not helped with the electric pole hanging over my mothers/neighbor's home, and its been over half a day.
Think PSE&G did (and are still doing) a great job in restoring power to customers who were affected by Tuesday's horrendous storm. Thanks guys.
