Terrible service day 2 not 1 truck to restore service with over 21 houses of elderly and people with medical issues and no power
Over pricing, I have 1600 SQ ft house and getting billed over 500 a month and I have my house all day at 74 °. SOMEONE HELP UP NJ PEOPLE BC THEY ARE RIPPING UP OFF
Bad service
We had potential leak of natural gas from the HVAC & water heater closet. Initial service was fine, someone came and turned the gas off to be safe. He said someone will come in the morning to do a more thorough investigation. The next morning, no one came. We called, and the customer service said someone will definitely come today. Around 4pm, when no one came, we called again. We were informed that the request was canceled. The dispatcher did end up sending someone.
