When I applied to make a payment, I unfortunately did not feel welcomed. The lady at counter number 7 processed my transaction, but it was clear that she was not doing her job with care or enthusiasm. She handed me a piece of paper and a pen to write down my address, but she placed the pen on the desk quite abruptly, which came across as rather impolite. Overall, her attitude was not courteous, and the interaction made me feel quite uncomfortable.
Absolutely terrible scam artist at pse&g. Sent me a bill by mistake, paid it. Credit showing, but it was a lot of $. Asked to have returned, they told me call 3rd party to reverse,third party said call pse&g. Pse&g says call them. Tossed back n forth,no resolution, stolen funds,returned.pse&g made the mistake, their responsibility to send a refund
