Join PSECU where you too can be treated like you bank at Wells Fargo! You are the PENNSYLVANIA STATE EMPLOYEES CU and YOU DON'T EVEN HIRE PENNSYLVANIAN WORKERS!! You pay a company out of Texas to handle y'all's insurance on vehicles. I have been threatened with forced placed insurance for the second year in a row by this company. You both have the wrong VIN on file. Tell me how you didn't figure out the VIN was 2 digits short and you had a copy of my insurance on hand
Does not carry cash for some reason??? Says you can cash check at Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo requires 2 forms of ID. Yet will not accept a federal I.D. staff seem semi competent tho.
Beware of this loan company. Do not do business with them without reading all the fine print and expect to check monthly to ensure they do not tack on extra charges and fees. Recently they determined I didn't have insurance on my auto loan but what really happened they didn't have my insurance on file due to an internal error. Instead of calling and asking for the insurance information, they opened insurance in my name with a insurance company owned by them.
