An old school credit union the most arrogant one ever. Evertything is not helpful. From the begning the customer services need you to remember 16 digits member number thing. If you don't have this number they force you to expose all of your SSNs, full name, DB address and everything to them. Solving your problem is so hard and may not get answers for most of your conserns. I'm closing down my account!!
Not great tbh.
Offered a really great card initially, but the last 2 years they have really hurt my credit by dropping my available balance 2,500 each year causing my credit to drop 100 points. When I called the second time they did this they ignored my concern, transferred me to different departments to retell my issue and did nothing in the end and treated me like a child who did not know how to read a credit report. They are extremely difficult to work with, and the damage to my credit report cannot be offset by the service I received. ... read more
Ah yes, Another year. Another running my credit report without my authorization. Another year of reducing my credit card balance because I refuse to bank with them anymore - thus messing with my credit even more. Can't wait to pay off this card and then be totally DONE with them. What a horrible company. Editing to add: If the other reviews here are true, DO NOT be putting your money into this institution!
