Their mobile deposit system does not accept valid checks and holds them for review for hours before depositing. They have no explanation as to why no checks are accepted and tell me to deposit through the atm. How silly. I’ve switched to Trumark CU for personal and working on switching our business account next. I’ve been a member of PSECU for 33 years. It’s the no solution to the issue that sent my business elsewhere
Horrible. Don’t use them. Impossible to get a hold of anyone they just send you to the bots. I’m trying to pay my bill and they are closed on the day my bill is due.

Crappy bank. App does not work and they have horrible customer service.
I have been a member of PSECU since 1992, but now I’m done. The final straw was difficulty depositing a check w mobile deposit (I live in California now). In addition to continued denial of my check w no explanation, I called-in. I asked to be elevated to a manager and was disconnected. No call back, because they don’t value their members anymore.
