Precision saved me as I am trying to place my Tiny House on Wheels on a lot in the city of Ashland, OR. Caleb, the Tiny Home expert put together both a foundation plan and a full set of engineered plans to be presented to the Ashland Building Department hopefully insuring my acceptance into the city of Ashland.
