Andy is great. He's helping me with my flexibily for jujitsu and karate.
I had knee surgery and never recovered as I should. A second surgeon said that I needed to have the knee re-done. I was reluctant. He said I might try strengthening the muscles around the knee. A friend told me of her success with PSCP, so I gave it a try. That was six weeks ago, and my knee feels wonderful. I am 75 yrs. old and worried in the past about falling , since I had a previous fall and dislocated my shoulder.
