I understand why big box pharmacy are putting the small guy out of business it’s because of their customer service. This place got my wife’s prescription a day ago. Now it was around 4pm and they close at 6, so I can understand (even tho I called them and explained we needed the medicine right away) why they could have some trouble filling it in 2 whole hours. PSC pharmacy has been my go to pharmacy for 4 yrs. They go the extra mile to help you get your medication in time. They are very proactive in contacting Doctors, applying discount codes when available and being friendly, corteoys and professional. I will continue to get prescription needs from PSC and can recommend this pharmacy to all looking for a high quality pharmacy.
The staff were so friendly and great at directing me to what I need to do. Thanks to Angelica my visit was very smooth and simple. Definitely recommend coming here !
I have used PSC for years, and they are amazing! The service is great, and the ease of ordering is over and beyond. I live in Kingwood, over an hour away, but they always send out the meds, directly to me, within 3 days of ordering. (Actually, most of the time, it’s the very next day.) They search for and find the best discount cards for every med I use, automatically! I use a medication that, at every other pharmacy, cost at least $800.00 to fill. They got it for $45.
