Office is staff is always very good to deal with. They have some newer yard workers that are trying to steal a good part of your load by saying something it wrong with what you are dropping off. If you see any of them walking around your truck while you unloading be prepared to get ripped off when you get back to the office. Tried to take 25% of a load of 35 water heaters because they said they had water in them. Doing the math they accused me of bringing 925 pounds of water.
