The mobile phlebotomy service has been great for our patients, especially those who have a hard time getting in for a draw. The phlebotomist was professional and on time, and our patients appreciated the convenience. It's made a real difference for our homebound and elderly patients.

Would be helpful to clients if your secretary spoke English above a 6th grade level…. Not meant to be rude or demeaning. When calling to get test results, it shouldn’t be a game of charades.
