Caveat emptor. These people are deceitful, incompetent, non responsive. I am disappointed and angry. Complaint filed.
Workers don’t show up and when we call, it’s like pulling tooth and nail to get a response. We ended up terminating our contract.
We self contracted a new house build over the course of a year. When it came to trim and flooring, I trusted Phil to finish the job. The process went great and smooth. Phil and his team showed up when they were suppose to. Any delay was communicated to me beforehand. The attention to detail in our new home build was excellent.
