Unpleasant and rude. Called for my own tax information to be sent over via email, and asked me for $20 before he could send it. $50 to have it printed. Made up a bullshit excuse saying it’s “80 pages” that’s why I have to charge you. Also messed up my taxes and not helpful. If you want ease and comfort don’t go to him. You might as well do it yourself.
