I have the misfortune of living in one of the buildings next to them. They play loud music all night long. They also vibe check you at the door. Some days there’s no one inside but they’re reservation only, other days there’s no one inside but they take walkins. I hope they close really soon.
Every time we visit, Hercules takes his time to explain the meals and makes the interaction so pleasant. His genuine kindness, incredible attention to detail, and outstanding customer service are a big part of why we keep coming back. He always makes us feel welcome, and somehow turns every meal into a special experience. And the food… absolutely phenomenal!
