5 Stars - if i could give 10 stars i would! We stopped by PSA Performance today to get an estimate on some bodywork for our 2019 WRX after hearing nothing but great things—and they did not disappoint! Derrick was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process. He really knows his stuff and made us feel confident in choosing PSA for our repairs. We’re excited to move forward with this awesome company and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and excellent customer service!
I had a terrible and deeply disappointing experience with Derrick at PSA Performance. I initially scheduled an appointment for my 2014 Q60s coupe to be tuned with EcuTek on February 22. When I dropped off my car, Derrick provided no information about what to expect or any estimate for the tuning process. My car was kept for nearly two weeks, and during that time, I reached out multiple times for updates. Everyone at PSA was so helpful and informative! They paid attention to detail and even though my car came in with a small problem they still took extra time to make sure everything was done well. I would definitely go back!!
Called to get an estimate sounded like I was getting ran off the phone. 0/10 service. Place is horrible.
