Had a broken spring on my garage door. Having not having any prior issues I went to yelp for guidance. Alan answered, so knowledgeable knew the exact issue after my explanation. Sated he did have a full schedule that day but advised me he would try to squeeze me in possibly. He called me back by 9am same day saying he would be there between 11-12. Door wasn't opening. This unit was purchased from them in 2008. Since then I had only one issue and that problem was quickly resolved many years ago when a sensor was replaced. I called them today and Amber took me through the process of resetting the system. This wonderful and knowledgeable person knew exactly how to fix my issue. I am very grateful to her. I highly recommend this company.

Tech appeared in the middle of the night. He repaired the garage door so that it would at least close and discussed my alternatives for a permanent replacement. He called to let me know when he'd arrive and provided me a link to track him down.
