Terrible experience - went in for a mani and pedi with dazzle dry polish (supposed to last longer than regular polish) and 2 days later my manicure completely fell off 6 of 10 nails - no chipping, just completely fell off the nails. I called to get a refund or full redo and they said they can only repaint within a couple of days (not a week or two later) and do not provide refunds. I have a newborn so asked for additional time flexibility and they refused. Will absolutely not come here again.
I’ve been going to PS Nails for about a year for manicures and pedicures. I don’t mind paying a premium when the quality is high, but my last 3–4 visits have been disappointing. On one visit my nails were filed so thin it was painful, and on several others the polish was uneven and the nail shapes were inconsistent. Most recently, I paid $195 for a gel manicure and pedicure with chrome (including a $50 chrome surcharge).
