I appreciate the Field Ops Crew from PS garage doors who came and worked on my garage door. I appreciated their honesty which saved me $$$$$.
I was in a major jam with a garage door discombobulated in a heated garage with numerous freezables. They went out of their way and bent over backwards to accomadate! Highly highly recomend! Amazing service and communication throughout!
If you need to operate during normal business hours, look elsewhere. Twice, they attempted to schedule a repair late Friday evening for Saturday morning. If you want to feel hostage to their scheduling mishaps/incapabilities please do business with this company.
I called almost closing time but they still managed to squeeze me in. I think they felt that it’s urgent. Very reliable! Came in less than an hour.
I had called and talked to mccody about coming out to my residence to fix my garage door. They came out Saturday, said they had to go back to their shop to see if they had the spring and would lmk either way if they did or didn’t. No response Saturday, Sunday and finally texted the tech Monday about 3 asking what the word was and didn’t get a response. Went to mccody and talked to them.
