Called multiple times, left message and after 3 days didn’t return call! How is a person supposed to book an appt. Or inquire about services? Sorry to be your 1 star but, not good on the customer service end!
Penny always does amazing detail! When I lived in leslie I always went to her. Now I live out in Charlotte and tried to go somewhere else. Should have never done it! Called Penny booked an appointment and she straightened out my hair again! I will surely make the drive every time!
