Great experience with their customer service! Another company working on HVAC system noticed something in attic that was not complete on my (now 3 yo ) home. PS Electric sent Bradley and Kyle to inspect and repair/resolve. Both service technicians were knowledgeable and without judgement answered all my questions. Will definitely use this company again if needed and will recommend to others.
Great service!! PS Electric wired my house when it was built in 2022 so when we suddenly lost power in the outlets in two rooms they were my first call. I called on a Monday afternoon and they answered the phone promptly and courteously. They put me on the schedule for first thing Wednesday morning. The next morning (Tuesday) I got a call saying they had a supervisor in my area if I was available for them to drop by. The electrician, Jayce, arrived right on time. He was very personable and he listened carefully when I described the issues I was having with multiple external outlets. He diagnosed and repaired an "open neutral" , a faulty GFI, and a couple of outlets that were installed improperly & were actually loose enough to possibly cause a fire. If I ever need electrical service in the future I would call PS Electric and request Jayce.
I just want to share a positive review about PS electric. I just had a custom home built, and my contractor used PS for the wiring of the house. During the process, I had a chance to interact with several of the technicians and found them great guys to work with. We are just working through a couple items on a punchiest items and had one of their service technicians come out.
