Cleaners do a good job, but management is terrible to work with. I had used the service for a over a year, working with Lydia and everything was smooth. Good customer service and good working relationship. Small incidents like a broken picture frame were a non-issue, because service was good. A couple of months ago, management transitioned to Loamy and has gone down hill greatly. Last minute scheduling, poor communication, inflexibility on his part.
