I can only speak to the quality of the Stellar Gain Cell DAC. As far as support they are top notch. I've had nothing but issues with this unit after the 1st 8mo. or so and one was serious enough to blow a pair of $6,500 speakers (the crossovers and woofers, woofer was odd and not tweeters). The issues are well documented, even on their website (forums). My serious issue, the one that blew the speakers, was when I pushed the mute button, about 78db gain, and POW!!!
