Not going to edit my previous review when I got my gear from them. It can be seen below. That said every piece of gear i bought from them failed in one way or another. I bought multiple stella stratta's for myself and friends. Every unit failed in one way or another. One when full ac and cooked a pair of speakers attached to it. My stratta's screen died quickly. My BHK 250 amp arrived with a horrible amount of floor noise that made it unusable. Total shame... I spent well over $10k on gear that is essentially useless... Only... read more
Amazing company!
I can only speak to the quality of the Stellar Gain Cell DAC. As far as support they are top notch. I've had nothing but issues with this unit after the 1st 8mo. or so and one was serious enough to blow a pair of $6,500 speakers (the crossovers and woofers, woofer was odd and not tweeters). The issues are well documented, even on their website (forums). My serious issue, the one that blew the speakers, was when I pushed the mute button, about 78db room gain, and POW!!!
