Needed help getting parts for my Tommy Gate lift. Called and spoke to Kurt and received excellent and knowledgeable help on the parts I needed as well as he provided rush shipment to get it there quickly to help get our truck back in service. If you need Lift Gate parts, call Pryor’s.
Exceptional Business! I needed a socket to work on our water heater, but they didn’t have one for sale. However, Kurt went above and beyond—he had the tool we needed and generously let us borrow it. That kind of service is rare these days! It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority here. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for any future needs. Five stars all the way!

I cant say enough good things about Kurt and his business!! This man is the definition of customer service from the start, middle, and well after the sale! I hurt my back moving stoves for my business, and really just needed a Tommy Gate. Every single place I called was a 10 week backorder for the gate I wanted.
