I’m extremely unhappy with how my concern was handled. I came in for a bite check, and while things initially seemed improved in the office, within a few days I noticed a clear issue in a different position that wasn’t apparent during the appointment. I contacted the office and specifically asked to have this re-checked. I’ve had some absolute terrible experiences at the dentists office before, to the point I stopped going. Then I was brought here Twice in 7 days. The first to check me out and let me know what was wrong and then yesterday to start fixing things. From the moment I walked in, everyone joked and laughed and made my anxiety lessen. They were patent and understanding, firm but gentle, and truly just genuinely good people. I have been seeing Dr. Christy Pryor for several years and even after moving out-of-state to Illinois I continue to travel 3+ hours one way to get the best dental service I've ever had in my life! Dr. Pryor and her entire team treat me like I'm the most important person when I'm there versus just another number or patient to deal with. I STRONGLY recommend this office to anyone in need of dental care!!!
