Excellent experience with the service department! Bob Hallam went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was friendly, professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. My check engine light came on and a phone call to Pryor Chevy was able to do a quick check for the problem. They confirmed the same problem as the On Star Diagnostic report…..a Faulty coolant fan. They ordered the replacement fan and contacted my extended warranty for the repair. We were advised that the part would arrive in 4-5 days and if we continue driving the car; to not let our car idle very long.
