Pryde Athletics has been a fantastic training resource for our soccer player, daughter. The speed, agility, and strength training sessions are extremely well run and designed specifically to help young athletes improve their performance while also working to prevent injuries. The coaches bring great energy and really know how to connect with the kids. Whether it’s small group training, team sessions, or personal training, the quality of coaching here is top notch.
I can’t say enough good things about this fitness facility! I’ve had the opportunity to take the Finish (Athletic Reformer) Pilates class with Nijah, the Beginner Bootcamp class with Evan and Owen, and Bootcamp with Bree. Every class has been challenging—in the best way. The instructors are incredibly welcoming and motivating, which makes a huge difference for those of us who are starting (or restarting ) our fitness journeys.
