Like everyone else said. They will not bill your insurance. I typically have to call and provide insurance 2-3 times (while waiting 2 months inbetween) before they actually send it out. Seems like a strategy at this point as they can bill people whatever they want but insurance rate is negotiated.
WARNING: CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS BEFORE PAYING. This is probably already common knowledge, but it still deserves mention. I received a bill from this company for over $400. The bill stated that the charges had been sent through my insurance and the total shown was my responsibility. I thought the amount looked a little high, so I checked back through my insurance claims and they hadn't recieved any claim from this company. These people billed me for $290 and the bill stated that my insurance was billed and it was not. The customer service rep was awful and hateful. A simple apology would have been fine with me but instead she was a huge jerk.
