Very bad customer service, I called him and he immediately said “I don’t do cold calls”. I hadn’t even spoken at this point. I then told him I’m a property investor and was looking to do a couple of project in Northampton and he said “It’s a Sunday, no business for you” very rude man.
I’ve had both bathrooms completed and Raul, Justin and Bogdan are all incredibly professional at their work. They arrive on time, work so hard and left the house each day so clean and tidy. At the end of both bathrooms - each room was spotless. They are all incredibly helpful, polite and very respectful of my home. I’m so happy with both bathrooms and Rail suggested black trims for the tiles which looks so good with the black taps.
