After 2 calls trying to get a hot tub repair scheduled I finally gave up and went with a different company. Then three weeks later in the mail I receive a bill. When I called to ask what this bill was about I instantly received aggressive confrontational talk from the woman. Apparently when they come to "fix" your spa they don't call to let you know before or after. They send you a quote in the mail, which was "lost" then a service call bill. I needed help with a hottub for insurance reasons. Insurance needed model ,type. and price. We wanted to replace the tub with one that they sold. They would not help us after 3 phone calls and so they lost out on a $7000.00 sale. They were very rude and I would not recommended them to anyone.
