Looked at my car 2 months ago to give me an estimate to repair it from an accident. My car is very rare and a collector and he said he was the only one that could repair it. Insurance company was going to pay him to prepare a quote. Today Bob says we are too busy I’m not interested in fixing your car. Dealership brought my wife's 2022 hyundai palisade in for tailgate replacement it took almost a week to put on and when they finished couldn't be bothered to put any of the body plugs back in attach the antenna, and ive never seen a spotted paint job before bare metal paint bare mental paint.
I called to get an alignment. They say they don't do alignments anymore Even though the website says alignments and collision. Might want to take that off there if you don't do alignments anymore
