I reached out to this company for a bathtub replacement and was going to go ahead with the project after meeting with one of their plumbers by the name Dakota. Today, I sent a reminder text asking him if he was ready with a quote as he had indicated in our previous discussions. He responded and informed me that they no longer offer warranty. Jill was an amazing person to speak with. She was extremely happy to assist in the most vulnerable situation I could be in and send a plumber to my wife and I's house in an emergency. We had a minor issue that unfortunately resulted in a bathroom remodel. Caleb was very professional and listened to what my wife and I wanted.
