My car did this weird sound every time I stepped on the brakes, so a friend of mine recommended this place. When I got there The shop was swamped with cars waiting to be fixed, fortunately I had made an appointment prior to showing up and Lalo one of the technicians quickly gave me a reasonable estimate. While I waited for my car to be fixed the friendly front desk clerk showed me to the waiting, so I fixed myself a cup of coffee and watched a movie. I was quoted $55 for an oil change on my car (we discussed in detail my car/oil type). When I got there, the form I signed, AND my specific oil type were estimated at $40. In the office, the tech looked at me and said, $79...blah blah blah...he really looked in my eyes and pretended we hadn't agreed on a price. I cannot stress enough to stay far far away from these liars.
they did not do a thurogh job on the diagnostic so even after they charged me 300+ dollars the problem was still there. then they wanted to charge me to do " EXPLORATIVE SURGERY" on my car. i'm going to someone else, and the Better Business Beauro.
