I got waxed at Prune Waxing today by Shannon, and the whole experience was great. The studio is super clean, comfortable, and really welcoming. Shannon walked me through everything, kept it quick, and made the process way easier and less painful than I expected. Here’s my experience- Before the first appointment - her online scheduling system is clear and easy to navigate, she communicates clear pre-treatment prep instructions, she sends a text message day of the first appointment with directions and instructions on how to find her suite within the building.
