Was scheduled to come out for a septic inspection and never showed up. Would not return phone calls and when he finally called, he acted like he didn't care. He said he just had shoulder surgery. I understand that and am empathetic but if you are running a business and confirm an apt, know it is scheduled and wait until 5pm of that day to call someone and let them know you are not coming, that is unacceptable. Don't waist your time. He said he didn't care and it was his side business for him.
Made multiple appointments to have my septic tank cleaned out. All I got for my trouble were excuses! Called on Friday and made an appointment for Tuesday. No call, no show! Called Tuesday evening and was assured he would be there Wednesday. Again no call, no show. Called again Wednesday evening and was told that "this was a side job", not his REAL job. Never contacted me first to let me know that he wasn't coming. Don't waste your time!
Arrived on time. Left everything clean. Job well done!
