Don't put your relatives in there they don't care about them and don't work there
Staff is kind and courteous. But the telephones are terrible. It's very difficult to get through to the facility. Nurses and some staff return calls. Administrative staff, do not return calls. The building is clean but it is old and dated. Some of my loved ones personal items have disappeared . Some were found, other items have not been found or replaced.
