The nursing staff is really attentive to all the needs of the resident. The environment is clean offering a warm and friendly feel inside. Housekeeping prides their selves with providing a clean and safe environment for all inside the facility. I love coming in and hearing music and laughter from the residents and staff.
The smell is always horrible. It's usually hot, stuffy and smelly. There's bugs and stains everywhere... they do little repairs here and there occasionally, but honestly this place needs to be demolished and start over from scratch. This place has been like this for years.
This place has been nothing but wonderful for my mother. She has improved so much, it's amazing. The staff is wonderful, caring, and engaging. I would highly recommend, and trust me, I'm picky,
smells like straight pee. They're just here to collect a pay check and count down the minutes and seconds of when its time for them to clock out.
