First, I want to thank Pruitt Health West for accepting my brother getting him the help he needed. The staff demonstrated commitment and compassionate care for my brother. Administration, nursing, CNA, and the receptionist were friendly, informative, and welcoming. My first impression was that my family was in the right place for my brother's care.
