DO NOT recommend!! Would give 0 stars if I could! My sister had metastatic breast cancer that had spread to her bones and brain. She was sent to Pruitt Health in Blythewood for rehab after she had broken her left femur and while she was in Lexington Medical Center she also broke her left arm from a fall. After a couple days of her being at Pruitt, I noticed her arm, that she just had surgery on before she arrived, had not been cleaned or bandage changed. I had a deeply frustrating experience with the Oaks in Vidalia, Georgia. The admissions coordinator, Chassidy, assured me she would contact my brother's neurologist and primary physician to request medical records, but despite my repeated follow-ups, she never followed through. The lack of communication and care, coupled with this unsettling feeling of discrimination, left me feeling ignored and disappointed. Miranda and all others that helped me tonight in my son’s check out process for Christmas are all so amazing, The atmosphere was so welcoming!!!!!!! Thank you to the excellent team that provide care for Christopher!!!

Staff is great even though they are understaffed. Management should reduce patient numbers to ensure proper care. Dr. Joseph and his PA’s are worthless criminals. They refused to answer 7 voice messages. Only saw patient ONE time in 2 months time. He should be in prison! He is a charlatan.
