Do NOT believe all of these glowing reviews!! They are either employees, bots or paid reviews. The smell and appearance are the least of my complaints. My dad was there for ONE week. His room was moved 2x. They forgot to bring him his meals twice. He was there 6 days before he finally got a bath, even though I'd inquired about it 2 days earlier and was told he'd get one that day.
