My sister has been there for a year and half. She is receiving great care and the staff is very friendly!
I am very disappointed with the communication here. The administrative staff does not have voicemail to leave messages, and leaving a message with whomever answers the phone is not working. I have left messages without any response back. I have called and asked for a specific person and they say they will get them. My phone shows how long I am on a call, and I held 12 minutes before they came back to the phone and was told they were busy and would give them a message to call back. It has been over two hours and no call back.... read more
