Long waits for entry after regular office hours. There seems to be a staffing shortage, attention to the patients personal care is down.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRUITTHEALTH AND KUDOS THE LEVEL OF CARE YOU ALL PROVIDE. On April 10 2026 I had my dad transfer from Archway transitional care in Macon GA to PruittHealth Fort Oglethorp GA. Unfortunately, he could not talk, walk, eat or go bathroom on own he had to wear adult diaper, and basically he was catatonic. He had bed wounds on his feet we didn't know about from other place. My family member moved into PruittHealth January 17, 2020. Over the last three years he has had special treatment in many situations. All the staff I am involved with seem to go out of their way to make his life comfortable. The building has always been clean as well as my family member and his room. Weekly trips to visit, organize and clean his room, take him out, and other ways to help with his care is my goal. I feel as if Pruitt is my extended family. I truly appreciate the care he is given.
