Very, very, very unprofessional! The way they talk to you over the phone is insane. The wait is ridiculous. Pruite is a complete JOKE! And let's not even talk about the inside where they keep the elders! As soon as you go thru the hall way all you smell is pee and poop. and as I was walking to find my grandmother I walked past a patience room and this older gentleman was sitting on his bed with poop smeared all across it this place is ridiculous
