Pruitt Health took very good care of my brother before he was transferred back to the hospital..
Themre are quite a few deficiencies. Mich needed improvement across the board.
My dad was placed at this facility because it was on VA's list as contracted facilities and it was the closest facility to us. We've only heard from his nurse once, whenever I call I get transferred and no one on his floor picks up ever. It keeps ringing and then your call gets disconnected. This doesn't make any sense knowing that family members can't visit their loved ones, now they can't call because no one wants to deal with the family and answer the phone.
