The staff is very nice and pleasant with my father. The facility is very clean. They also clean his bed and him regularly. I highly recommend this facility. Much better care here than at Athens Piedmont hospital.

My Father was transferred to Pruitt coming from Westbury in conyers Ga.to be closer and easier for my Mother to be by his side everyday in both facilities. He was in rehab section and improving while at Westbury, but once transferred to Pruitt within only a few days after being there his health declined and he passed. He repeatedly mentioned to myself and family that when he needed assistance nobody would come to give assistance, and for some odd reason they moved his roommate undoubtedly so he wouldn’t observe neglect? Don’t put your loved one there. Our father was there for only a few days. He unexpectedly just passed away. The phone call lacked any compassion when Chris called and said “I called to tell you your dad coded”. What kind of death notification is that???? I have unfortunately had to make several death notifications and his way is inappropriate. Well the problem didn’t stop there. Call to ask him questions about options for financial assistance and payment plans for a friend who is staying there and the finance lady (I think her name was Leticia or something) was very rude and spoke to me as if I was chewing her out about wanting to charge my friend money for the services they were rendering. I understand how business works. I wasn't saying they were ripping her off or mad because they were possibly going to have to cancel services and send her home.
