Our family’s experience with PruittHealth–Covington was devastating, and I would not entrust a loved one to this facility. My brother entered on April 2, 2025, after a spinal injury left him paraplegic. He required vigilant wound prevention, frequent repositioning, appropriate pressure-relief equipment, hygiene assistance, rehabilitation, and close medical monitoring. Definitely would not recommend this place for rehab. Well, pretty much anything. Your loved ones will not get the attention and care they need.

They are under staffed. They don't respond to call buttons in a timely manner.vno one listens to the patient or their family regarding care.vibwas the patient and they gave me bedsores. I rarely got physical therapy like I was supposed to. I was physically abused by one of that aids. I developed a completely impacted colon and an infected colon was a result of their negligence. They with held many medications causing even more damage. Do not send your loved ones to this God forsaken he'll whole. I almost died..
