WARNING - DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE! This place deserves negative stars and a thorough investigation for elder neglect. My elderly father was transferred to PruittHealth (otherwise known as the DEEPEST PIT OF HELL) from the hospital to rehabilitate after a hip fracture. This place is utterly negligent. On the first day of his arrival, they left my father with no water, nursing care, or medication for hours on end. He called for help many times, and no one came. This is the absolute worst facility I have ever seen. Filthy, nobody answers the call button, food not edible. I would never recommend this place for anyone.
WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVE ONE TO THIS PLACE. If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. My aunt was a resident in this facility for Rehab and it was awful. We discharged her after only being there for a few days of a 20 day stay. First of all, we were given a tour weeks before she was to admit, and we were not 100% happy with the place then because all of the residents were sitting in the front lobby doing nothing. My brother is currently in this facility. He has been there for a week and has received 2 doses of insulin when he requires a daily dose,in addition he has blood pressure issues and has yet to receive his medication. You state your staff is qualified but they have failed to meet his medical needs. He came in for therapy, and is currently in so much pain and they expect him to move around.
