My mom went in 7/23/26 for therapy to help walk safely.. I went 7/24 and a cockroach crawled across the wall. I IMMEDIATELY packed her up and left. They didn’t even question us leaving. Just gave us her meds and one staff member said sorry as she seen the bug too. We were out of there in 8 min flat.
Staff at Pruitt Conway on Medstar and therapy made me very comfortable! I felt at home with everyone, I look forward to the new building to visit and volunteer my time with staff and residents!
My father has been put in there since Friday today is Wednesday he's had to call 911 twice to get anyone to help when they show up then the staff don't mind helping the staff were complaining about being short-staffed and a nurse says she was the only person there could not help my father at the moment he called me crying and screaming this is unacceptable also during the conference calls the staff contradict theirselves by all means. I cannot get in contact with a nurse for nothing I had extension one and and I believe her ... read more
