People are nice. I can definitely speak highly of them. I came today to visit my mother, and she tells me they told her she could go home yesterday 8-9-25. I did not receive a phone call to let me know this. I could have changed my plans. Now I'm here and there is NO one around to talk to. Am I just supposed to spring her out with no home info. Is she able to leave. Can she continue to do what she is supposed to do. Are there any instructions I need. Unsatisfied is an understatement.

Pruitt discharged my mom without a hospital bed and wheelchair being placed in the home before discharge. The case manager had every opportunity to ask me or my brother what day would be best for delivery, as we were there daily!! Ordered the bed the day before discharge without follow-up and informed the delivery company it was difficult to contact us. More than a week later, we have no bed and after tracking down the bed the delivery company tells me they were waiting on an update from Pruitt Health. My suggestion to Pruit... read more

Second stay on MedStar unit with wonderful staff although like everywhere else they could use a few more people. Food was great. I really have no complaints.. the PT people are special and shout out to Fatima, Craig, Angie, Isabel, and everyone else who's e name I left off there. And especially want to thank aides and nurses Liz, Linda, Damien, little Chris, Ketvia, Valerie, Darlene, and especially big Chris! Special nod to Gale and Elaine for working out details of prolonged stay. Sorry for any names Ieft off.
