My family wanted to thank the care team at Pruitt Health rehab center in Conway, SC. Our parents are in their 80's now and as a result have unfortunately needed to get extra rehabilitation tx after their last several hospitalizations. From these experiences we were grateful to have been able to get the referral to Pruitt Health rehab. The care and compassion shown to our mom during her final months were truly exceptional at Pruitt Health. Every staff member (Pruitt Health & Hospice Team) treated her and our family with kindness, respect and empathy.

I can't thank the staff enough for the care they provided to my mom in her short 4 month hospice stay at Pruitthealth. From day one, the entire staff was welcoming and they became part of our extended family. When mom was on her last days, staff would often stop before their start of their day and during breaks to check in on her. They truly cared for her and the entire family. My experience was with my friend who was sent to Pruitt for a lack of better rated facilities. I cannot stress how important it is to ascertain an insurance that covers you for skilled care and catastrophic health care. My biggest issues were a.) Delays with medication administration. My friend would ask for nausea medication and not get it for up to 4 hours later, with one nurse stating "well you know I have to distribute meds to 20 people." People are nice. I can definitely speak highly of them. I came today to visit my mother, and she tells me they told her she could go home yesterday 8-9-25. I did not receive a phone call to let me know this. I could have changed my plans. Now I'm here and there is NO one around to talk to. Am I just supposed to spring her out with no home info. Is she able to leave. Can she continue to do what she is supposed to do. Are there any instructions I need. Unsatisfied is an understatement.
