My uncle is staying at this location while awaiting surgery. ITS AN AWESOME PLACE!! friendly staff and clean facility!! Even the other residents are happy and polite!!
My friend had a hip replacement and was sent to Pruitt for rehab. She requested to be discharged on a Friday and they told her she couldn’t leave because her potassium was too high the morning she left the hospital. She was in rehab for 3 days. No one ever repeated her labs, she requested a shower multiple times and she never got one and when her wound vac dressing fell off the never replaced the dressing. She left AMA because of the awful care.
I would like to thank the Staff for making me and my family comfortable in our time of need. The Staff was very attentive . I would like to Thank Katie for helping with the enrollment process .
