My Mom has been here in the Pruitt Brookhaven rehabilitation for about 11 days, and I am happy to say that she’s in good spirits, which is very uplifting in her case. She is actually cooperating with the therapy staff CNA’s and the nurses who are truly a blessing. She’s 85, and this makes my heart smile knowing that My Mom is in professional hands.
The team is great. The Admissions director is supportive and great.
Awful food, lackadaisical care, never saw a doctor, minimal therapy. Not a place to send anyone you love.
As a former employee all of these reviews are fake this place is terrible , I currently work at a hospital where patients from this facility come by all the time with pressure sores etc and end up dying, there are only 2-4 cnas per hall with over 25-30 residents you can’t blame the cnas for lacking in some areas because it’s hard work on them , the DON is terrible and one nurse In particular her name is Whitney I believe I don’t remember it’s been so long is terrible , myself and other staff were In a Patients room when we h... read more
This is an AMAZING FACILITY! This building beautiful rest in a scenic location, in Northern Atlanta. When you enter the building, you're greeted by two of the kindest, most beautiful souls in the facility. The front desk receptionists are extremely sweet & professional. The clinical staff is wonderfully caring & courteous, & the therapy department personnel are outstanding. It's is a great place for rehabilitation/long term care.
