Unsatisfied. My sister was sent here & she had to call 911 to get her out of there. This place is a hell hole & should be shut down.

I had a great experience working with the social workers Shalimar, Jasmine, and Denisha. They have been very helpful. Customer service oriented, professional and easy to talk too! Tekia the Unit Manager has also been the same! Physical and occupational therapy also does a great job as well as the wound care nurses. I recommend Pruitt Brookhaven!

My father was admitted to the rehab last year and is now in long-term care. During his time in rehab, we had many wonderful and kind nurses and CNAs (Special kudos to Kika, Ty, Mitchell, Mercy, Lee, and PT Kar). They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The long-term care unit staff is also very kind, and although he’s only been there for a few months, we continue to monitor his progress. I especially want to thank the new social worker, Shalimar.
