A nursing home's culture dictates the level of care one can expect. As with most facilities, Pruitt has a few heroes. Overall, having had a loved one there for 7 years, I can say without reservation, " do yourself a favor...don't waste valuable time...look elsewhere" (..better yet, if possible, explore alternative arrangements).

Being out of state I have found getting information very challenging. People tell me they will call back and look into matter, yet crickets. When I do send email on instructions about a related conservatorship, it is ignored, and I continue to get emailed. When I did an in-person visit on March 25th, it was not with the professionalism I would expect. There must be staffing issues. My sister's morning meds were not given and it is imperative that she receives her meds on time every day! She ended up back in the hospital and Pruitt never called me to tell me they had called an ambulance to take her to the hospital! She had a water leak in her room that kept the floor wet which was a hazard. She would ring for assistance and didn't get a response.

Worse place ever for my boyfriend's dad to live the staff there are mean and nasty my boyfriend went to see his dad yesterday and they ban him from seeing his dad ever again he wanted to take his dad to the bank and the staff said no! This place needs to be shut down or find nicer staff to take care of my father in law! This is ridiculous come on! The hotline I called before they won't help me or my boyfriend out!
