The staffing was horrible! My grandmother was there for less than 24/7 before she was begging to come home due to her being miss treated! I do not recommend this place ! When we arrived to pick her up the lady was outside on break when she rolled her window down and stated thank you for coming to get her I’m glad she is going home she was so needy so good luck with helping her at home ! They then would not help her up to use the bathroom!! No one should be working here if the staff can’t do their jobs !!! Please do better !
The food is delicious. The staff and care are great. You can tell that they really care about the residents and are committed to giving them the best care possible and are always willing to address family concerns to find a solution.
So far I have been here 6 days. I have felt welcomed, compassion and genuine care. I appreciate all of the staff from the one that cleans the room to the nurses, therapist, and doctors. I would recommend this place over and over!
Great staffing and amazing therapy team. My Papa is here talks very highly about staff and very good food. Thank you Augusta Hills for all you do.
