When I first met Alan and utilized his services, I was so impressed by the personal touches of what I received. This completely deteriorated between the time we commenced in 2022 to 2025. The team has been a revolving door and there have been times during which financial questions came up that nobody would respond for weeks. I would say yes, the team members are kind, but there is clearly a ton of errors with communication. Our tax returns were completed but never in a timely fashion.
In February of this year, I reached out to this firm to inquire about their services by referral of a family friend. I spoke to Candice about my needs and was told they could help me. Initially, my account was set up incorrectly after I stated I would not be filing my 2022 taxes with them. Also, I paid a $200 deposit to start with business with them. Our homeowners association hired this company in September 2021 to do a 501(c)(3). We are in 2025 and they still have not produced any evidence that they did any work at all. In 2024 we were contacted via email by a lady in the office And said we had to resubmit some paperwork. I even spoke with the woman on the phone and we thought we were going to get past this. Update on 3/28/25: Once again this company is LYING to save face. As I stated, we hired this company a year in advance. Regarding being sent an email 5 times -- there is NO EVIDENCE of this. Last year my husband and I requested information via email to Alan requesting evidence of him sending the emails to me 5 times. We never received this information. We requested our 2023 tax documents that they ONLY sent via a video -- which initially had no sound. We did not receive it. And last year we asked for them to go over our taxe... read more
