I have always used Pruitt's because I have never had an issue with their service whatsoever. Every time I have ever called this company I have gotten an immediate response. You don't have to sit back and wait for them to get back with you. On a few occasions I have actually sent George a personal message that may have seemed insignificant but it was important to me and he responded almost immediately. Pruett's Air Conditioning is top notch! We had our 20 plus year-old AC unit freeze over and the very knowledgeable, nice lady at the office gave us detailed instructions, over the phone, as to what to do right away and she then said she would get a call out to George Pruett - the owner of the company. Within ten minutes (I kid you not) both George and his son were here, ready to repair the unit! They had it repaired and up and running within thirty minutes. Both very nice gentlemen and boy did they know their stuff!

I was hot when they arrived and cool when they left . What else could you ask for. Good service and decent price.
