I agree the receptionist could be more cheerful. Other then that, office was high tech., clean, not long waiting time and staff was professional

I will find a different office to go to if I ever need another Root Canal. The receptionist wasn't nice. When I walked into the office I was told that I didn't have insurance and that I knew how much it would cost. She said she had told me when my appointment was confirmed and that the receptionist at my dentist office also told me. I was not told by either people . Her attitude was pay now or get the hell out! I will not go back to this office. I was treated very poorly by the receptionist, she was not friendly , had a frown on her face, wouldn't let me ask questions, I was told to go sit down and wait( in a rude way) Dr. Pruett has the worst receptionist , unfriendly, not helpful and I am telling everyone I know. I think if he had a better receptionist his practice would be a lot better off. Dr. Pruett and nurses were very friendly, answered my questions, and very professional.
I recently had my Root Canal at Dr Pruetts office. The Dr and Assistant were wonderful. They work very well together the procedure went fast, I was in the chair for under 40 minutes. The assistant took her time and explained what they were doing and she asked the Dr to turn on the massage , ( it was built into the dental chair) the dentist and assistant talked to each other through out my treatment, that kept my mind off of myself having a root canal. My experience at Dr. Pruett's office was absolutely wonderful once I was seated. His nurse knew what he needed without him asking . Before Dr Pruett came into the room his assistant had taken my X-ray and gave a simple explanation of a Root Canal and just casually chatted with me, which put me at ease. I wouldn't hesitate returning if I ever needed another Root Canal. Only issue was the receptionist never smiled wasn't pleasant .
