The window cleaners didn’t turn up during the 90 min window promised. I tried getting through to someone at the end of that period of time and they called me back an hour later. They said they had texted me to rearrange but had accidentally texted the wrong person. I asked why they didn’t follow up with a phone call as they wouldn’t have heard back from me.
