This retirement services completely messed up a hardship I needed before a certain date and decided to send out after the date I needed when I turned in the information with more than enough time and asked for express shipping. Not only that an employer Johara was rude and yelling when I was inquiring for information . They don’t read or enter information correctly AT ALL and have no type of remorse for trying to fix mistakes they made . I hate my company uses them .
I am dealing with Prudential retirement over the phone. The company mis-entered information specifically my birthday which means I have zero access to the account. I am currently having to jump through hoops to access the account which is extremely frustrating. It's not like I can guess what birthday they put down if it is not the day I was born. If you are planning on dealing with this company be sure to sou me check what they enter in to the computer or you will not have access to your money.
