I have 2 prudential retirement accounts from previous employers and I can’t get my retirement money. I keep getting the RUNAROUND, you need your middle initial here, oh you don’t need a middle initial here you need your full middle name here, type of run around. Once you resubmit it, the entire 10 day process starts all over again. Prudential does not care about you, we have been dealing with this process for 2 months now. PLEASE PLEASE USE ANOTHER FINANCIAL INSTITUTE
Prudential customer service is bad. I am unable to set up 2-step verification for my Amdocs 401k account online and no operator could help me with it even after several phone calls. Nothing has changed after Empower took over Prudential a year back.
